Continuity maintained during move
A leading Industrial Services group, based in PE Postcodes, moved offices as part of their planned expansion. We designed and implemented the head office telephony and connectivity using a leased line service in 2018. This work led us to incorporate each of their divisions spread over 5 offices into a single system whilst retaining the unique brand identities of each region. We also provided out of hours engineers access to incoming calls via a mobile app.
Ongoing support is provided with consultancy to accomodate the changing business needs and a speedy change service (same day usually within 1 hour) to individual users.
Our role was to;
- Review and migrate the old services
- Ensure continuity during the move period and add remote offices
- Incorporate home and remote workers
- Continue to enhance the system with updates and change requests.
Outcome
We installed a complete managed system including, Multi-site offices, Leased Line, Voice over IP (VoIP) phones and a complex call distribution system with out of hours call routing. In the last 24 months we have also successfully incorporated many staff working from home
